These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roleevo at https://roleevo.com, operated by Roleevo ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Roleevo provides career tools including resume storage and editing, AI-assisted feedback and analysis, squad collaboration, community resume sharing (at your option), recruiter-view insights, and aggregated job-market intelligence.

Roleevo is not an employer, recruiter, or job placement agency. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized use at the contact email below.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or legal risk.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as resumes, comments, and profile information).

You grant Roleevo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service, including sharing with other users according to visibility settings you select.

You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or overload our systems except as permitted by written agreement.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

AI-generated suggestions, scores, and market summaries are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before submitting applications or sharing with employers.

AI output does not constitute legal, human resources, tax, or professional career advice.

When you share a resume or content with squads or the public community, you control visibility through in-product settings. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

Other users may comment on or react to content you share according to product features. You may not use shared content for purposes outside the service without permission.

If you install our optional browser extension, its use is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The extension only captures job information you initiate from supported pages.

You are responsible for complying with third-party website terms when using the extension.

The service may reference or link to third-party sites and data sources (such as public job boards, Reddit, and layoffs.fyi). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Market intelligence features summarize public patterns; they are not endorsements of any employer or posting.

Roleevo, our branding, software, design, and aggregated market content (excluding your user content) are owned by Roleevo or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLEEVO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roleevo and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date.

Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
